Skype for Pocket PC
Skype is software that allows you to make calls (to anybody in the Skype Network) for free. The quality of the calls is really excellent. You can even make video calls if you and your call buddies have a web camera. With Skype you can also call landlines and mobile phones with no setup or annual subscription fee, but with a reasonable charge per minute.
To use skype you need a Pocket PC with a minimum 400Mhz processor. The list of supported devices for Skype are shown below.
