HTC P3350

HTC will release HTC P3350 in March 2007, the device will be available through a range of HTC’s operators and distributor partners. The HTC P3350 has a design identical to the already released HTC P3300.

The HTC P3350 is a device which has more multimedia features and introduces the HTC Media Hub. The HTC Media Hub gives you one-stop access to multimedia entertainment. Launch Audio Manager to manage and play music tracks, create playlists, and set music as ringtones. Listen to your favorite FM radio stations. You can even enhance the sound with the graphic equaliser.Add compatible Bluetooth® stereo headset and remote control accessories from HTC, and you have an all-round audio performer. The HTC P3350 is running Microsoft® Windows Mobile® 5.0 with Direct Push keeps you always up to date with your emails,calendar appointments, and contacts. Office Mobile and Internet Explorer® Mobil allow you to manage your Word and Excel files, and to do web browsing.

HTC P3350 Comparison with HTC P3300

The main difference in functionality between the HTC P3300 and HTC P3350 is the absense of a built-in GPS Receiver from HTC P3350. As already stated the HTC P3350 gives more attention to multimedia features and it includes Audio Manager and Audio Booster. All other features available on the HTC P3300 are also available on the HTC P3350. The processor for both devices is a TI OMAP 850 running at 200 MHz with 128 MB ROM and 64 MB RAM. The display is 2.8” transflective TFT-LCD, 240 x 320 with 64K colors, and both devices have support for GSM/GPRS/EDGE (Quad-band 850, 900, 1800, 1900). None of the devices has support for 3G. The camera on the devices are 2.0 mega pixels. For connectivity the devices has support for bluetooth 2.0 and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g. The expansion slot is a microSD.
