The UbiQUio 501 is a small size (122 x 65 x 13.5mm), with a QWERTY keyboard pocket pc mobile. The device has a 128MB ROM + 64 MB RAM but it’s processor is slow (TI OMAP 750 200MHZ) compared to the 416 MHZ processor for O2 Atom.
