Toshiba G900
Toshiba will introduce in early Summer 2007 a new pocket pc device, the Toshiba G900. The G900 will be one of the devices to use the new Windows Mobile® 6 operating system, the G900 includes a 3-inch wide screen for enhanced viewing quality, a fingerprint sensor function to protect the data stored on the handset, PC phone synchronization, a full keyboard and USB flash memory connectivity. The G900 is also Triband with HSDPA and 3G support as well as EDGE, bluetooth and WiFi.
The dimensions of the Toshiba G900 are 119 x 61 x 21.5 and the weight is 198g. Compared to other pocket pc devices with a slide-out QWERTY keyboard like the ETEN M700 and HTC TyTN, the G900 is both taller, wider and thicker. This is normal as the Toshiba G900 has a big VGA display of 3" wide. In terms of weight the Toshiba G900 is also the heavier device, reaching a weight of 198g compared to the 165g of ETEN M700 and the 176g of HTC TyTN.

The Toshiba G900 is a device that introduces several new features to pocket pc phones and it is expected to be very succesfull among the pocket pc users. It is after all produced by a big and reliable company in the IT-Electronics business, Toshiba.
