Pharos Traveler GPS 525 is a pocket pc device with built in GPS. Pharos Traveler is not a pocket pc phone, but it has a built in wi-fi and can be used as a VoIP phone with software like Skype. Pharos Traveler is running Windows Mobile 5.0 and it has a SC32442X processor running at 300MHz.
