The i-mate Ultimate 9150 is a new (upcoming) pocket pc device from i-mate. The i-mate Ultimate 9150 is part of the new Ultimate series introduced by i-mate. The Ultimate family consists of a collection of five devices in various form factors to suit individual preferences, from classic bar to PDA to a notebook replacement and was designed to provide the latest and best in phone and PDA technology. From the 530MHz processor, to the XGA direct video out, from HSDPA connectivity to the 262k colour VGA LCD touch screen, every component of each device is specified at a very high level. The devices will be available gradually from the second quarter (end) of 2007.
The Ultimate 9150 will be running Windows Mobile 6.0 and will carry an Intel Bulverde processor at 520 MHz. The i-mate ultimate 9150 has a flip design with two screens, one 2.6 inch primary screen and a secondary 1.2 inch OLED display. The design of the 9150 is similar to the Qtek 8500. The size of the i-mate 9150 is 98 x 50 x 19mm.

The specifications of i-mate Ultimate 9150 will include Quad-Band GSM / EDGE connectivity and Tri-Band UMTS/HSDPA. The memory of the device will be 256 MB ROM and 128 MB RAM and the expansion slot will be a MicroSD. There will be also support for bluetooth 2.0 and Wi-Fi.
