The i-mate Ultimate 7150 is a new (upcoming) pocket pc device from i-mate. The i-mate Ultimate 7150 is part of the new Ultimate series introduced by i-mate. The Ultimate family consists of a collection of five devices in various form factors to suit individual preferences, from classic bar to PDA to a notebook replacement and was designed to provide the latest and best in phone and PDA technology. From the 530MHz processor, to the XGA direct video out, from HSDPA connectivity to the 262k colour VGA LCD touch screen, every component of each device is specified at a very high level. The devices will be available gradually from the second quarter (end) of 2007.
The Ultimate 7150 will be running Windows Mobile 6.0 and will carry an Intel Bulverde processor at 520 MHz. The Ultimate 7150 has two screens. One on the front, 2.2 OLED secondary display and one big 3.8 inch display located inside the device. Opposite the display there is a full QWERTY keyboard. In terms of size the i-mate Ultimate 7150 is 110mm x 74mm x 16mm. Compared to a similar device by ETEN, the ETEN M700, the i-mate is smaller in height and depth but larger in width. This is normal because the i-mate Ultimate 7150 has a bigger QWERTY keyboard.

The specifications of i-mate Ultimate 7150 will include Quad-Band GSM / EDGE connectivity and Tri-Band UMTS/HSDPA. The memory of the device will be 256 MB ROM and 128 MB RAM and the expansion slot will be a MicroSD. There will be also support for bluetooth 2.0 and Wi-Fi.
