What is stated was an introduction of what is Skype, and what are the Skype features in general. This was for people who don't even know what Skype is. In particular we wrote: "Skype is software that allows you to make calls (to anybody in the Skype Network) for free. The quality of the calls is really excellent. You can even make video calls if you and your call buddies have a web camera."  This was indeed under the general title SKYPE FOR POCKET PC but the first paragraph was for SKYPE in general and not skype for pocket pc. If you notice we are talking for video calls using a web camera and not a phone camera.

Unfortunately Skype for Pocket PC does not support video calling yet. Only Skype for Windows and MAC support video calling.
